DELIVERY
ORDERS WITHIN YEREVAN IN 1-2 DAY
  • Orders placed on workdays before 12AM, will be shipped the same day

  • Orders placed after 12AM, will be shipped the next day. 

  • Orders placed between Friday 5:00 PM and Saturday 2:00 PM will be shipped on Saturday. 

  • If you place an order after Saturday 2:00 PM, it will be shipped on Monday.

  • Orders placed on Sundays are shipped within 1-2 days.

We ship orders from AMD 20.000 (€ 50) within Yerevan for free. The costs of orders under AMD 20.000 (€ 50) are AMD 1500 or € 4 per order. 


ORDERS TO REGIONS

  • The cost of delivery to regions is AMD 3,000
  • Regional orders are processed within 3-5 business days.


Not at home?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave your package to your neighbors. You will receive an email when your package is ready to deliver. Your package will be kept at our stock for you for 7 calendar days, after which it will automatically be returned to MoodMineral. You can also get your package at our showroom, whenever you come up with your valid ID when picking it up at MoodMineral.


Sample Sets

Sample Sets will be carefully packed for you and sent in a letterbox package with Tracking code. Letterbox packages have a delivery time of 2-5 working days via Post. 


SHIPPING OUTSIDE ARMENIA

Orders outside Armenia will be shipped without any problems within 2-5 days and the Tracking code will be sent to you.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?


E-boutique

  • You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive the product to return it. 

  • According to the RA government Exceptions to  decision are products in the categories skincare, make-up and intimate care or for hygienic reasons, are not subject to return or exchange. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, in the same condition as they were dispatched.

  • The purchased item must have its proof of purchase.

  • If goods are returned in original condition, a full refund will be made within 5 days after the products have been received. 

  • Customers should return the goods at their own expense. 

  • To discuss the cancellation, or return of any MoodMineral product, please email to [email protected] .

    Boutique / Showroom 


    • Unopened and untested products can only be exchanged for another product.

    • Products purchased in a boutique cannot be returned online. 

     *Please note: opened and tested products are not accepted for return in our boutique / showroom.


    What can't be returned?

    • Hygiene products in the categories make-up, skincare and intimate care, of which the seal has been broken after delivery.

    COMPLAINTS

    If you have complaints about any matter in respect of the goods or service, please email us to [email protected].

    DAMAGE

    All orders are carefully checked before leaving our distribution warehouse. If you receive damaged products or the ones that do not meet your requirements, please send us an e-mail with your order number, tracking number (you can find the tracking number in the confirmation e-mail), your e-mail address and telephone number. Please attach photos of the damaged products and notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will contact you as soon as possible.

    Please note: The cardboard shipping box may be damaged during transportation. If there are any damages, we ask that you do the following:

    In case of minimal damage, we request that you accept the package. In such cases the products and product packaging is often undamaged. But don't forget to make a note on your confirmation of receipt and take photos of the damaged package. If the shipping box is badly damaged, we ask that you refuse to accept the package. In this case, contact us directly via e-mail at [email protected]
